Two-vehicle crash with coolant spill on US 67

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a two-vehicle crash involving an 18-wheeler on West US Highway 67 near Keene. There was a significant coolant spill, apparent minor vehicle damage, and a reported verbal dispute between the drivers. Two patients were evaluated as minor, and an initially requested medical helicopter was cancelled.
