Neighbor complaint about loud music

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of loud music at a neighboring home near Quincy Railroad Avenue and Jordan Street. A deputy was sent to check the nuisance report, which was said to have occurred about 15 minutes earlier.
