Structure fire call at controlled burn on Kell Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched for a reported structure fire near Kell Road in Kell. Multiple departments were asked to respond with engines, a truck, and chiefs, but units on scene later confirmed it was a controlled burn and incoming resources were canceled.
