81-year-old woman with hip sore and hallucinations after fall

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were sent to a location on Broadway near Cookson Drive for an 81-year-old woman with a painful hip, possibly from a fall, who was reported to be hallucinating. In a separate call, officers were advised of a possible impaired motorcyclist heading toward (number withheld) Cards Ridge Road.
