Driver runs stop sign and nearly causes crash

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers received a report of an older dark green SUV near Cedar Street that reportedly ran a stop sign and nearly hit another vehicle. Units were advised to be on the lookout for the vehicle with its lights turned off.
