Tree limb on power line sparks near house

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews in Kennett were dispatched to a home near Bradley Street for a reported 1070, where a fallen limb was on a power line and apparently sparking at the house. Responders later reported a single-story wood-frame structure with a limb still on the line and a transformer believed to have been arcing, with a power line down on the property.
