Suspicious vehicle complaint on West 9th Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a suspicious vehicle complaint near West 9th Street in Kennett, Missouri. A wheelchair-bound caller reported a vehicle parked outside for an extended time with doors repeatedly opening and closing. The caller later identified a black minivan and mentioned a gray Dodge Dakota. Responding officers reported no additional vehicle in front of the residence and saw people walking down the road.
