Yep, dumped stolen, right down to the plate. Sometimes, they get really creative and steal from one car, put it on another similar make and model, and then use the plate from the 2nd car on their stolen car. It takes a while for the police to get to the 2nd car and inform the owner they have bad plates and then finally they can report theirs stolen. All that time, a month in my case, bad guys got away with it.
