Female unconscious and male on sidewalk reported

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers contacted a man on a sidewalk and then checked on a woman in a nearby residence on South Roosevelt Street who was not waking up in a bedroom and was possibly intoxicated. Medics were dispatched, and it was later reported that the woman was breathing and had been dropped off at the location.
