Man reported assaulting woman near Rio Grande Lane

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received reports of a possible domestic disturbance between a man and a woman near construction areas off Rio Grande Lane, across from a grocery store. Callers said the man had been physically aggressive toward the woman for about 15 minutes. Officers checked the area and later contacted a cooperative couple near the east end of a nearby construction site, accompanied by a German Shepherd.
