Dirt bikes speeding through alley near Pine Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to reports of individuals riding dirt bikes at a high rate of speed through the alley between Chestnut Street and Pine Street in Kenova, West Virginia, near a nearby residence on Pine Street. Units checked multiple blocks of the alley and stayed in the area but initially did not locate the dirt bikes.
