Officers track small bear near Burger King area

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers and animal control are responding to reports of a small bear loose near the area of 10th and 11th at Poplar Street, moving toward a fast-food restaurant and then into an alley between Poplar and Chestnut streets, while bystanders and children are seen running in different directions.
