As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a report of a Toyota 4Runner blocking traffic lanes near the intersection of Shaw Avenue and Clyde Avenue in Kenwood. The obstruction was reportedly causing a traffic backlog and visual hazard in the area.
