Truck reportedly runs driver off road and leaves scene

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a possible hit-and-run report after a caller said a truck ran her off the road near the (number withheld) block of Marbone Creek Road, below Sugarbone Curve, before driving away. Units were sent toward the area while dispatch attempted to recontact the caller.
