Truck fire blocks southbound lanes on Croatan Highway

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a reported truck fire near the intersection of Collington Road and Croatan Highway. A white truck was found with a fire in the truck bed, and southbound lanes were temporarily blocked while firefighters brought the fire under control and searched for the vehicle’s occupants.
