Unresponsive man found breathing in Walmart bathroom

As discussed during the dispatch call, rescue and police units responded to a reported unresponsive but breathing man on the floor of the men’s bathroom at a retail store near Old Fair Grounds Way in Kilmarnock. EMS and law enforcement checked on the man and remained available for further assistance.
