Small grass fire on I-90 on-ramp near Kimball

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders reported a small roadside grass fire near the I-90 eastbound on-ramp by Kimball. The fire appeared to have just started and was quickly stomped out, possibly after debris from a vape landed in the grass.
