As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a male who was refusing to leave a tire shop on Armour Avenue. The man eventually left the building and was last reported walking toward a nearby business. Radio traffic also mentioned a separate possible traffic violation involving a black Honda sedan on a nearby highway.
