Commercial fire alarm with evacuation on Bank Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units responded to a reported commercial fire alarm at a strip-style business near North Bank Street, East Northern Avenue, and North Powell Avenue. An audible alarm was sounding and people were evacuating while crews operated in investigative mode under Bank Street command. In a separate call, officers were sent to a park on Van Buren Street for a report of juveniles on electric bikes riding on the grass and possibly damaging it.
