Reckless pickup stopped near West Stone Drive

As discussed during the dispatch call, law enforcement responded to reports of a white pickup truck driving recklessly at high speed on I-81 south near exits 3 and 4. The vehicle was followed by another driver and was stopped near Hollis Street and West Stone Drive in Kingsport. No injuries or collisions were confirmed at the time of the report.
