Infant vomiting and choking reported near Chester Street in Kingston Borough

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders were sent to an area near Chester Street in Kingston Borough for a medical emergency involving a three-month-old infant who had been vomiting and was reportedly choking, but was later reported to no longer be choking.
