Patient with high blood pressure and anxiety at apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS responded to a medical emergency near Julie Street Apartments in Kingwood. A physical therapist on scene reported that the patient appeared anxious with previously high blood pressure around 170 over 110, which has since decreased.
