Male experiencing chest and arm pain with dizziness

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded near Laurel Vista Drive in Kingwood for a man with chest, throat, and arm pain who was dizzy and sweaty. Radio traffic indicates he had a history of heart problems, had taken nitroglycerin and aspirin with little relief, and additional aspirin was given under protocol.
