Recently was released from Ruby, where he was diagnosed with dementia, not supposed to be driving, did leave in a Ford EcoSport, West Virginia Registration 3 Z-ZBrow 1-1449. Unknown color for direction of travel did mention having a shootout with law enforcement when he left. Left his house at approximately 1945 today. Nothing further, 2015.
