Aggressive dog complaint on West Main Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of an aggressive Rottweiler near West Main Street in Kirkersville. The caller was advised to stay inside until officers arrived. The dog was later reported to be contained on a neighbor’s property near a local elementary school.
