Car hits pole near Speedway on Outville Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews are responding to a reported vehicle accident near a gas station on Outville Road Southwest, where a car apparently struck a pole and one person has a hand injury. A semi-truck seen driving erratically nearby may also be involved or related, and the driver was reported to possibly be smoking something.
