As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to MacQueen Forest Preserve near Scout Road in Kirkland for a reported downed power line that was sparking and smoking in vegetation. A forest preserve ranger on scene had closed the park while waiting for firefighters to arrive.
