Domestic dispute with axe reported in Kirkwood

Radio traffic indicated an axe was reportedly involved and the man said he had been attacked. The caller stated he had taken the axe away and was waiting outside, refusing medical help. It was also reported that the woman had previously pointed a firearm at him. Police were requested as a precaution due to the woman’s verbal aggression but were later canceled after she left the area on foot along Main Street toward a nearby trailer park.
