Cars parked on sidewalk at Pepperell Whipple Bridge

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a reported parking issue near Pepperell Whipple Bridge, where multiple vehicles were possibly blocking the area and one was said to be parked partly on the sidewalk.
