Man threatens to crash friend’s vehicle

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a third-party report of a disturbance at a residence near Homedale Road, where an apparently intoxicated person reportedly threatened to take someone’s vehicle and crash it. No weapons were reported and no children were said to be present.
