Driver blocking traffic and making rude gestures

As discussed during the dispatch call, troopers were advised of a report of a red Chevrolet truck driving aggressively and making rude gestures while blocking other vehicles from passing on eastbound Highway 50 near Northeast 801 Road in Johnson County, Missouri.
