Reckless driver reported leaving 108th Place area

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possibly reckless driver who left a home in the area of the (number withheld) block of 108th Place and headed toward Donnelly Four Corners after a civil dispute. The driver was described as a woman in a black Jeep Wrangler who may be driving fast due to being upset.
