Two injured in vehicle accident with chest pain and head cut

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical emergency involving two patients from a vehicle accident occurred near South Attica Road. One patient is complaining of chest pain and a head injury, while the other is walking and not reporting any injuries. There may be a refusal of care.
