Ex damages property and leaves with car and belongings

As discussed during the dispatch call, police were sent to a domestic-related property damage complaint near East South St in Knoxville. The caller said her former partner came to the residence, damaged property, and left in a red 2021 Dodge sedan with some of the caller’s belongings still inside; direction of travel was unknown. The caller also believed juveniles may have been driving and possibly unlicensed.
