Crash with debris on I-640 near Broadway ramp

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a vehicle crash on I-640 eastbound near the Broadway ramp in Knoxville. The vehicle appeared to be on the barrier wall, blocking the left lanes and causing debris in the roadway.
