82-year-old man struggling to breathe at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, medical responders were called to a location near County Road 1191 for an 82-year-old man having difficulty breathing. The patient was using an albuterol breathing treatment, which appeared to be ineffective. EMS assistance was requested to evaluate the patient.
