As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a male shooting at wildlife at/near Kyle Dam. The male was described as wearing a white tank top with baggy shorts and shoes, later changing to a white shirt. Units also referenced the Kyle Housing area (exact location unclear from the traffic).
