Unresponsive person breathing with pulse near Jackie Ln

As discussed during the dispatch call, campbell first responders were dispatched for a possible suicidal person near Jackie Ln and initially staged for law enforcement. Units were later cleared to enter; the patient was reported unresponsive but breathing with a pulse, and crews made patient contact.
