Male dialysis patient unconscious with head bleeding on Ford St

As discussed during the dispatch call, units responded to a medical emergency involving an unconscious adult man on Ford Street in the Woffordville area. The man had reportedly fallen, was bleeding from the head, and CPR and an AED were applied until EMS arrived on scene.
