Man reported as suspicious at Springs Park

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a suspicious man in a gray Ford Escape at a park in La Grange after a caller said he was driving slowly, staring at the complainant, and looking into vehicles. The man was later contacted near the playground area and it appeared he was there with his child.
