Burglary suspect inside 7-Eleven on Russell Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched code three to a possible burglary in progress at a convenience store on Russell Boulevard, where a male suspect was reportedly inside wearing a white hat, black jacket, white shirt, and green pants.
