Road damage reported on West Virginia Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report that part of the roadway on West Virginia Road between the (number withheld) and (number withheld) blocks appears to have washed away. The road is reportedly still passable, and the information was referred to public works for follow-up.
