Traffic collision on Stocker near Fairfax Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic describes a possible traffic collision on the westbound lanes of Stocker Street just west of Fairfax Avenue. A basic life support unit and engine company are responding, and the highway patrol appears to already be on scene. An ambulance is being notified to respond as well.
