Report of possible drunk driver on I-80 near mile 208

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible intoxicated driver in a white tow truck with green on the back and a AAA sticker, traveling westbound on I-80 near the 208 mile marker. The reporting party stated the vehicle was unable to maintain its lane or speed and was sometimes traveling at high speeds.
