Drowsy driver in white Volvo on I-80 westbound

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were advised of a possible impaired or drowsy driver in a white Volvo with a flatbed trailer on Interstate 80 westbound near mile marker 211 in Iowa County, reportedly swerving and with the driver appearing to fall asleep.
