Reckless semi hauling cows on Interstate 80

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a purple semi hauling cows driving erratically and having trouble maintaining speed on Interstate 80 westbound near mile marker 220 in Iowa County. Deputies were advised to locate the vehicle if possible and handle the situation individually.
