Semi hauling cattle driving erratically on I-80

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers received a traffic complaint about a purple semi hauling cows that was reportedly driving erratically and unable to maintain speed near mile marker 220 on Interstate 80 westbound. Units were advised to handle the matter with the Iowa County sheriff’s office if they found the vehicle.
