Semi blown over on I-80 exit ramp in high winds

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a third-party report that a semi truck had apparently blown over off the westbound exit ramp near the 211 mile marker on the interstate in Iowa County during a severe thunderstorm and tornado warning. Units were sent to check whether the vehicle was occupied and to respond to other weather-related roadway hazards, including a tree reported across the road on 108th Street.
