Road buckle blocks Highway 15 near Lafayette

As discussed during the dispatch call, a roadway obstruction was reported on State Highway 15 near Lafayette after a buckle was found blocking all lanes. A deputy confirmed the hazard, and the Department of Transportation was notified to respond and inspect the site.
