Three-year-old chokes on chip but begins talking

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched for a reported choking incident involving a young child near South Cross Road, across from Johnson Road, in La Grange. The child was reported to have been choking on a chip but was later reported to be talking.
